Shoulder impingement improves
hi, i’m 19, 5’8 – 162lbs, ‘ve been working out for 1 year now. my joints are suck, always stiff and cranky (knee,ankle,spine,wrist..) esspecialy my shoulder, every time i press, lat raise , my left shoulder pops so loud. i pretty sure i have a good form.
also my midtrap or scapcular ? every single time i squeeze it, there is a strange feeling like sore or smth i can’t explain, maybe tight ?
btw i broke my fibula 1 month ago, i removed the cast so how long, or when should i go back to the gym?.
n’ glucosamines or 1.2g omega3/day won’t help.
